By accessing and using Turtle Labs' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Project Terms

Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins and milestone payments throughout the project duration.

Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are included in our project scope. Major changes or additions may require additional time and cost, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Turtle Labs retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project for future work. We also retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any confidential information shared during the course of our work together. We may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

Limitation of Liability

Turtle Labs' liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date, and Turtle Labs will deliver all completed work and materials.
